In this next season, awaken your desire, honor your calling, and devote yourself fully to your beautiful, big ideas.
Slow down. Come home to the body.
In this next season, awaken your desire, honor your calling, and devote yourself fully to your beautiful, big ideas.
Live group coaching begins September 23rd, 2026.
We are all inherently creative. Each living with a seed waiting to blossom. We have stories, talents, and an imagination that our hearts and bodies are itching to share.
We feel called to write romance novels, to decorate homes, to make movies, to pen anthems, to build popcorn empires, to grow coaching businesses. We want to see ourselves fully expressed in the world through our own version of art.
But we second guess ourselves. Doubting that our creativity counts, comparing ourselves to others we deem more gifted, getting sucked so deep into the swirl of “how-to” that we lose sight of our purpose.
The Call
What if the path to your most resonant work was less about striving and more about living? What if there were a more harmonious way to see your dreams come to life?
There is an endless source of inspiration around you and within you. Desires waiting to be honored, pleasure waiting to be unlocked, creativity waiting to be awakened, joy ready to spill over.
There is a way out of the swirl and into your center. Back to the body, the place where Life is waiting to be expressed through you.
In this season, we’re devoted to slowing down, to living in our bodies, and to creating from a life so full, the ideas just come.
The vision
Spend a season devoted to the expression of you. Whether it’s time to write the book, fire up the food truck, start the skincare line, or finally go all in on the business you’ve been circling, this is your season.
How would it feel to know that you were finally living in alignment with your heart? What would become possible if you had the coaching support, the community, and the resources to keep you grounded as you deepen in your creativity and your craft?
There is a way to dance with life, no matter the season, and turn every moment into something meaningful. A way to let inspiration build naturally, until it overflows into action on its own.
But it asks you to do something counterintuitive and maybe a little scary: slow down and come home fully to you.
Meet your guide
Over the past decade I’ve coached entrepreneurs and leaders across a wide range of industries, supporting them through growth, transition, and the more personal work of being and becoming.
The clients I work with aren’t looking to give up their ambition or retreat entirely from the world. They want to feel relaxed and at home in themselves and the lives they’re building.
They want sustainable careers, meaningful relationships, a healthy body, and a life that feels good from the inside out.
They want to live creatively, to find their flow. To experience what I call “joyful ambition” — a way of going after what you want that doesn’t cost you yourself in the process.
This is where The Slow Year® begins.
The invitation
Join us for the Opening Season of The Slow Year®. This is a group coaching container experienced in seasons — three months at a time — moving together through the 12 Principles of Embodied Living.
Each season we explore three principles designed to help you get clarity on what you’re creating, feel embodied in your craft, and cultivate the courage to bring your ideas to life. Below are all 12 principles, with the upcoming season principles highlighted in olive.

The details
Over the course of our journey together we will spend time in exploration, reflection and expression. You will be invited to fully engage with your body, your desires and your joy — laying the foundation for the body of work you’re here to create. This will involve:
This season
The Slow Year® is a body of work born of my own life experience. It’s my art. An evolving masterpiece continuously shaped by my own journey and inspired by the clients I have the great pleasure of walking alongside.
It’s nearly five years in the making: exploring these principles, integrating them, and watching how they’ve transformed every aspect of how I live, work and create.
This is the first time I’m offering The Slow Year® as a group coaching experience, and I’d love you to be a part of it.
As a part of the Founding Circle of The Slow Year® group coaching experience, your presence, your questions and your journey will play an integral role in the evolution of this work.
I want to honor the devotion it takes to say yes at the very beginning. That’s why Founding pricing is offered only once, for those who join this first season.
The investment
Experience The Slow Year® one season at a time, or devote to the full year. We begin September 23rd, 2026 at 7pm ET, with sessions in the evenings. You’ll receive the monthly schedule ahead of time.
Still got questions?
Coaching calls are held twice a month on Wednesday evenings at 7pm ET, with one embodiment session a month at 8pm ET — each running 60 minutes. Opening Season kicks off September 23rd, 2026 at 7pm ET, and you’ll get the monthly schedule ahead of time so you can plan your dates around it.
Outside of your two monthly group coaching calls and one embodiment session, it’s up to you how much space and time you give yourself to devote to this work. We’ll explore this more together during our coaching sessions, however as a starting point, you might find at least two hours each week is quite supportive.
Absolutely! Everything happens online, so wherever you are, you’re welcome here. Just double check what our session times look like in your own time zone.
Coaching sessions will be recorded and uploaded inside our community, so you’ll never miss what’s shared. Embodiment sessions, however, remain live and unrecorded — to protect the privacy and experience of moving through that work together.
To honor the space and experience of the group, once doors close for a season they remain closed until the next one opens. If you’re feeling the pull, I’d love for you to join us at the start.
The Slow Year® is offered in seasons as a way to make the full-year experience more accessible — so you can join one season at a time rather than committing to the whole year upfront. There are currently no payment plans available for individual seasons.
You’ll receive a welcome email upon enrolling with ideas on how to begin preparing for the journey ahead. We’ll officially begin with an Opening Ceremony on September 23rd, 2026 — details will follow.
Private coaching is deep, intimate 1:1 work for the woman who is ready to stop the endless chase, to really know herself and her body, and to finally feel at home in the life she’s already built. If you’re looking for focused coaching support as you navigate life, relationships and career, private coaching is the perfect container for you. You enter where you are and we move at the pace of your actual life.
The Group Coaching Experience is for those who are still bringing their ideas, dreams, and creative work into the world. You’ll move through the principles alongside others doing the same, with the support of the Circle between calls. Same devotion to coming home to yourself, just with company on the path — and a shared focus on birthing your big ideas.
If you know deep within that now is your season. You’re ready for life to change and you’re curious to see what becomes possible when you go all in on you.
Wonderful! Send an email to hello@candiswilliams.com and I’ll get back to you shortly.
